Return & Exchange Policy
If you find that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of your sales receipt date. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Allow 2-3 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed and completed.
Purchased items are determined non-returnable if items have been worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Items must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or an insured traceable parcel carrier (such as FedEx or UPS).
Please note that all sale items are final, and not refundable.
To return an item:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of your return.
2. Include your name, the item you wish to return, and the sales receipt date.
3. An email confirmation will be provided with the returned address.
4. Once we receive the returned item and the terms above have been met, your account will be credited the purchased price minus shipping.
To exchange an item:
1. Send an email to email@example.com notifying us of your exchange.
2. Include your name, the item you wish to exchange, the item you would like to exchange for, and the sales receipt date.
3. An email confirmation will be provided with the returned address.
4. Once we receive the exchanged item and the terms above have been met, we will contact you for shipping costs. For exchanges, customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.
All domestic orders are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which includes online tracking. Once order and payment are received, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday), and generally take 1-3 days for arrival. If you wish to and/or need your order rushed, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for additional shipping options. We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages due to Postal Service errors.
Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates:
1. $0.00 – $50.00 = $9.50
2. $50.01 – $75.00 = $10.50
3. $75.01 and above = Free
International orders are shipped through USPS International First Class. This does not include any tracking or insurance. Once order and payment are received, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday), and generally take 7-14 days for arrival. Please note that Duty/Import taxes, Clearance Fees, Brokerage Fees, and /or any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Many styles and products on our Site are available in multiple colors and we do our best to depict these colors as accurately as possible. However, many factors can affect and alter how color appears, including your personal computer or device. We cannot guarantee that your device will display the color accurately.

Sales & Purchases
By placing an order with DeNada, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information provided to us pertaining to your order is current and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method being provided.
We maintain the right to refuse any order or request made by you at any time and for any reason after receipt of an order confirmation. We can limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic location. This right will be exercised on a case-by-case basis. DeNada also has the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If for some reason an item is listed in error at the incorrect price, DeNada has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged and we cancel the order, we will refund you the incorrect price. In the event that we do need to cancel or make a change to an order, we may attempt to contact you via the email and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

At DeNada, we take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade or rent any of your personal information to anyone. DeNada collects personal information when you place an order and when you sign up for our newsletter. This information is used to notify you of sales, new products, and order details.
When you place an order with DeNada, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. (All other payment information, including credit card numbers are handled in PayPal or Amazon.) This personal information is used to communicate with you and fulfill your order.
We do not collect any personal information until you have placed an order with us or signed up for our newsletter.
