B. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE?
Once we receive a valid DMCA or intellectual property complaint:
We will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.
We will notify the user who posted the content.
If the user has multiple violations, their account may be suspended or terminated.
C. HOW TO FILE A COUNTER-NOTICE
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or you have the legal right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
Identification of the removed content and its previous location on our site.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court where you reside (or where DenadaDesign is located if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of legal documents from the original complainant.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
