Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept exchanges.

Before completing your order, please double-check all product details – including size, color, quantity, and shipping address – as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed. We do not offer exchanges for ordering mistakes.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

Cancellations are not possible after 6 hours, as processing may have begun.

A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible for Refunds If:

  • You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if your item meets any of the following conditions:
  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • The item’s design, size, or material does not match what you ordered.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The item differs significantly from what was described on our site.

Conditions for Returning Items

  • To be accepted for return, items must not:
  • Be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Be missing original tags or packaging.
  • Have minor defects (e.g., loose threads) that don’t affect usability.
  • Returned products must be in original condition and original packaging.

To process your return/refund request, please include:

  • A copy of your shipping label or receipt.
  • Your proof of purchase (order confirmation, etc.).
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Screenshots of previous communication with our support team.

Return Process

Email your refund request with all required information to [email protected].

Our support team will reply within 2–3 business days.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and further instructions.

Send the package back via a trackable courier.

Share the tracking number or a photo of your return receipt with us.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

Note: Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be lost, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.

If we do not receive the returned item, we cannot issue a refund. Always use a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund or accept any return requests.

If your return package is lost or damaged during shipping back to us, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be provided.
