DELIVERY TERMS
Your order’s total delivery time is calculated as: Handling Time + Shipping Time
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs, postal services, weather, or incomplete addresses are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
At this time, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses per order. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international orders, DenadaDesign ships under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy. This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
